Fees

Counseling Sessions

Standard counseling sessions for youth and families are $165 per 50-minute appointment. A limited number of sliding-scale spots are available based on household income and financial need. Roots and Seeds / Raíces y Semillas is an out-of-network provider; we can offer superbills for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Immigration forensic evaluations are billed as a flat package, typically ranging from $1,500–$2,500 depending on case complexity, and include interviews, record review, and a detailed written report.

Evaluation Package

Coaching and consulting services are billed separately from counseling to keep roles clear. Neuro-affirmative family coaching starts at $150 per 50-minute session, with short-term packages available for families seeking focused support around specific goals. Organizational consulting, including nonprofit leadership and sex education consulting, is typically contracted at $200–$275 per hour or through project-based packages with clearly defined deliverables. Reduced-fee options for grassroots and community organizations may be available—please reach out to discuss your budget and needs.

What to Expect With Us

In our first meeting, we review your goals, explain consent and confidentiality, and answer questions. Sessions are collaborative, paced gently, and can include caregivers when appropriate. You choose whether we meet virtually or in person, when available.
